The name of the restaurant is Beau-Vine, and it is located in the heart of the Napa Valley. The name Beau-Vine is a play on words. The first connotation may be obvious, we have all the beauty of the vineyards surrounding us. However, if "bovine" comes to mind, that is what chef/owner Vincent Cosgrove intended. The menu showcases traditional meat dishes from around the world.
The menu is wine driven focusing on the New World regions and their cuisine. The regions include wines from Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, as well as the Pacific Northwest and Northeast of America and Canada. The menu reflects the local dishes and ingredients of these areas, with the regional wines complimenting each dish. Of course our wine menu offers many of Napa and Sonoma wines (after all, being locals now, we love to boast about the Valleys' amazing wines).
Along with traditional Latin American and Australian meat dishes, there are regional fish and pasta dishes, as well as vegetarian/vegan dishes. Come dine and enjoy dishes you would not typically find in the Napa Valley region, such as Maine lobster, Australian kangaroo and Brazilian feijoada.
